Among them are fruits and vegetables that are dark colored like purple.

Dark colored food ingredients are claimed to be rich in nutrients and antioxidants because of the anthocyanins compounds in them. Anthocyanins are compounds that give color pigments to some purple, blue, and deep red plants. Anthocyanins are phytochemicals with powerful antioxidant properties, can combat various types of diseases and protect body cells. Purple cauliflower

This vegetable has the same nutritional content as regular white cauliflower, but with one exception – the color purple means the height of the anthocyanin. Just like white cauliflower, purple cauliflower is also high in fiber. As well as having a significant amount of vitamins C, K, B6 and folate. It can also reduce the risk of cancer, especially lung cancer and digestive system.
