Healthy and Happy with Regular Exercise

Health is the ability of a biological system to acquire, convert, allocate, distribute, and utilize energy with maximum efficiency. We can maintain a healthy body by doing exercise, such as dancing, running, yoga, hiking, jump rope, badminton and aerobics.

There are the reasons to do exercise regularly:
1. Our body become stronger and more fit.

2. Prevent us from some diseases
Exercise regularly can prevent us from some diseases, such as heart diseases, cancer, high blood pressure and diabetes.

3. Increase more stamina
Aerobics exercise increase more stamina by training the body to be more efficient and use less energy for tasks in the same number.

4. Increase flexibility
Good stretching exercise for your posture. Stretching can help our bodies become more flexible.

5. Weight control
Exercising is the key to weight control because it will burn calories in our body. Calorie is the energy dose in a food.

There are 4 ways to reduce excess calories in the body:

1. Reduce the portion of the meal.
2. Replace high-calorie foods with low-calorie ones.
3. Avoid high-calorie foods.
4. Choose white or fresh water instead of drinks containing sugar or ice water.

These are the best time to do exercise:
1. Morning
Advantages:
We can exercise for 45 minutes every day, such as cycling or walking before going to school or work.

Disadvantages:
Upon waking up, your body temperature will fall, making the body becomes more rigid and less flexible. If you are not used to morning exercise, then try to practice immediately after waking up, maybe you will fell or even injured.

2. Noon
Advantages:
Unlike sports at night, during the day you may still have enough energy to practice maximally.

Disadvantages:
Your time is narrower because the lunch time usually only an hour. Sometimes there are people who are forced to skip lunch schedules because they prefer for going to the gym. This is not a good thing. Practicing on an empty stomach means you will not have enough fuel to exercise maximally.

3. Night
Advantages:
At night, your body temperature is at it’s peak. This means, the elasticity of the body is in maximum condition.

Disadvantages:
Some people have difficulty falling asleep after having an evening training session. This is because exercise encourages the body to produce more adrenaline, pumping through their bodies afterwards.
